The Order to Delivery (O2D) department within Scania is responsible for developing and managing IT support systems within Scania's entire flow from customer order to logistics, production, delivery and invoicing, as well as industrial maintenance. We are now looking for a person with a significant interest in leading an agile development team delivering .NET products to secure daily business operation and accelerate business development.
Your role
You will work as a Maintenance Manager/Scrum master for a delivery team currently consisting of 7 people (software developers, tester, system analyst and software architect). You will adopt an agile approach to work and will be the primary contact for the end-users within the company.
Your profile
Our successful candidate will be a natural leader with a good understanding of agile culture and ways of working. You have a degree in IT or similar, complemented with 1-3 years of experience in a leading role, such as Maintenance Manager, Scrum Master or Team Leader, and a significant interest in IT. You need to be proficient in written and spoken English, since it's our corporate language.

Are easily adaptable to varying business needs
Commitment and motivation to work with others to deliver, simplify and improve
Good self-confidence and self-motivation and are curious to learn new things
Experience in understanding, analysing and prioritising new demands (PO)
Ability to understand IT terms and IT environment is an advantageAs person you are humble and want to develop your leadership skills continuously. You want to grow as a person at the same time as we develop as an organization. We assume you have a proactive approach, excellent problem solving skills and you enjoy taking on new challenges and working with a focus on quality and targets.
