At Vehicle Software & Electronics, we are responsible for developing a great user experience based on the real customer needs realized in the electrical system. At Product&Quality you will be a key contributor to the next generation outstanding luxury cars from Volvo. At Volvo Cars, we have an Agile Organization where we develop our product features and functions continuously in Product Streams with a complete lifecycle responsibility. The three Product Streams within the unit Vehicle Software&Electronics are:
* In-Car Digital - Infotainment, Digital User Experience, Connectivity
* Base Software - Electrical and Electronics Systems
* Autonomous Drive - Active Safety and autonomous drive functions

Electrical Distribution and Body Electronics within Vehicle Software & Electronics, are developing smart electrical fundaments in an agile environment based on trust and transparency for the end customer need.
You like acting as a mentor to help your colleagues developing their design skills and you like to be part of a team. To help the team succeed rather than putting all the effort in succeeding on your own, is what people say about you. You are a highly driven, self-starting team player, passionate about leading development teams and project leadership. Outgoing, structured and communicative with good cooperative and planning skills. You will be able to develop your leadership skills as well as deepen your technical knowledge, thus forming a perfect base for a future career within project- or line management.
We believe that you have worked in an agile team and are familiar with the Scrum Master and/or Product Owner role. You like to develop others and to work in more than one team at a time as well as you are comfortable talking to a large group and express your opinion, even when it is not shared by others.
Requirements:
* Technical education at university level, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a similar competence level achieved through working experience.
* SAFe knowledge
* Previous experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project leader
* Previous leadership experience as team lead, project lead or in management functions
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Meritorious experiences:
* Experience from project management
* Experience from cooperation with suppliers
* Good knowledge of Volvo cars working methods and systems; release of technical design documents, task and deviation management, planning, project monitoring, financial control.
* Complete vehicle knowledge

Location for this position is onsite in Gothenburg, Sweden from where we expect you are able to work with adequate working permits. Working proficiency in the English language, speech and writing, is a requirement. Combined with the same skills in the Swedish language is considered a merit.
