We are a team of dedicated engineers developing Signal processing and Target tracking software for radar systems and simulators.
Your role
Your role will be a link between the technical teams and the projects. We are working in multi-project software teams and you will have multiple interactions within and outside of our organisation. You will also take part in further developing our agile ways of working.
The amount of software and its complexity is rapidly increasing in our products. We need to be both smarter and faster in our problem solving and customer delivery. In the near future, we will take part in several interesting new projects and will have to be better in our multi-project ways of working. We need to be able to match different project plans, find synergies in our development work and increase the speed in our teams.
We hope that you will be one of our leaders when it comes to taking our products to the next level and deliver value to our customers.
Briefly, your tasks will be:

Synchronize and refine the backlog planning together with the product owners

Represent the teams in project management communication
*
Follow up milestones

Participate in developing our agile ways of working
Your profile

Required skills/experience:

At least 2 years of working experience

Experience from software development or leading software development projects
*
Good communication skills in speaking and writing (Swedish and English)
Good-to-have skills/experience:
*
Bachelor's degree from Science/Engineering/Technology within computer science, engineering physics or equivalent
*
Experience from leading positions or roles (e.g. Scrum master, Product owner, Agile coach, manager, project manager)
*
Experience from high-tech product development
*
Good knowledge of agile methods
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
