The Role
We are looking for our new Agile leader to be part of our journey in being a fast-growing young technology company, finding our way and ways of working. You will be a key figure in coaching scrum teams and product owners and evolve our agile ways of working.

What you will be doing
• Help manage risks and dependencies
• Escalate and track impediments
• Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities
• Summarize program Team and PI objectives
• Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and PPIs
Who we think you are
• Experience from roles such as Scrum Master or Agile coach
• Experience of coaching and developing high performing teams and leaders
• Ability to coach and mentor the people around you
• Ability to encourage innovation and new ways of working
• Ability to resolve and managing complex dependencies
• Previous experience from organizations with product focus
• BS degree in Software, Computer, or Electrical engineering
