We are now looking for Agile IT Project Managers in Sweden
You will belong to the Project Management Chapter, where you share knowledge and experiences with colleagues working in the same field as you with approximately 200 Project Managers around the world. In Sweden we are about 80 Project Managers, with a mindset to support each other in the daily work. We believe that people are our asset, therefore, as a part of our team, we will together plan for your continuous and professional development, and you will find plenty of training and assignment opportunities within Volvo Group.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you are an IT Project Manager with one or two years' experience from leading Agile projects - ready to take the next step. You are looking for your next step in your career and want to be challenged and have the opportunity to learn by doing. You will of course have support from a senior IT Project manager team that will help guiding you when needed.
You are passionate about leading, planning and stays up to date with the latest trends in IT and Tech. As we are in a constantly changing environment it's important that you are confident and has the ability to deal with a degree of ambiguity. With a clear customer value driven mindset and natural solution/problem solving skills, you are going to have the right tools to succeed in our environment.
As you will be driving new and exciting projects that can vary in both complexity and scale, we see that you are a quick learner and is eager to explore. You should be comfortable with working in a multi-cultural environment and have solid networking and communication skills. In addition to this you value your own development and work actively to test and learn new things.
