We are looking for an Agile coach who is appealed by working in environments with focus on change management and achieving higher effectiveness together. You will be placed at our customer, but it may also be relevant with placement inhouse.
Personal qualities that we value are the ability to act professionally as a consultant and to understand the client's goals and values. These include; someone who is positive, outgoing and driven, able to create and maintain long lasting relationships with our customers, thrilled by problem solving and able to use creativity and hard work to find new solutions. And of course we want someone who is genuinely interested in both technology and agile!
It is important for us that you are passionate about agile practices and we appreciate if you are involved in communities or in other ways networking with other people to continuously improve. You understand the meaning and importance of a good Agile coach and strive to constantly develop yourself and your colleagues to create the premier prerequisites for good development work. Emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Job requirements
• Master's degree within IT or Engineering
• Have worked 3 years as an Agile coach and/or Scrum Master
• Has a genuine interest for agile methods, organization and change management
• Is team oriented and prestigeless
• Fluent in English and Good Swedish
• Merit with experience of working with SAFe
