Do you want to take the next step as a consultant together with committed and competent colleagues who are passionate about digitization, technology and communication? We are looking for you who have a great passion for agile leadership and love to coach, facilitate, lead and drive development and think that the consulting role is exciting and developing.
What does the role look like?
As an Agile Coach, you will work on introducing and implementing agile working methods for one of our customers who is on an exciting journey of change. You will have a leading role in guiding and supporting the customer forward in this implementation phase. The role also includes coaching and educating the organization in agile working methods through, for example, various workshops.

You push things forward and are good at delivering on set goals by being energetic, fearless and supportive while you can bid on yourself.
We believe you have
• Solid experience and passion for agile working methods
• Experience of SAFe framework
• Great interest in leading people and team development
• Interest in keeping up to date on new trends, ways of thinking and methods in the field
• Deep and broad technical competence and interest
• Great habit of meeting and workshop management, preparation and documentation
• Good language skills in Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Experience in banking/finance is a big plus
