We are on an exciting growth journey and are now looking for an Agile Coach to support, coach and redefine our Scrum process for two of our development teams!
Main responsibilities
As an agile coach, you will continuously work with coaching the Scrum teams, refining the team's processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments. You will have a close collaboration with the Product Owner, Engineering Manager and other people with interfaces to the team.
This is a new role for our two development teams, hence you will be able to define and form the position from scratch. Additionally, you will have a big impact in ensuring we reach our expansion goals by making our working processes more effective. You will for instance:
• Communicate status, escalate and track issues when required and be transparent in documentation and communication.
• Lead team efforts in continuous improvement by helping the team in retrospectives and take responsibility for their improvement actions.
• Facilitate system demos.
This is what we are looking for
As a person, you have the ability to lead teams, to apply a holistic and strategic approach, motivate and create confidence in the team. You make things happen without someone telling you what to do. It is also beneficial if you have previous experience from working as an agile coach and software developer.
In your daily work, you prefer to plan and solve problems in a structured manner. You are also very comfortable to cooperate and communicate with people on different levels in the organization and have an interest and competence in Agile working methods.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
• Agile values and hands-on experience in agile software development as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Good knowledge of the software development process. Coding skills is a plus.
• Preferably a relevant educational background within Computer Science, Software Development or similar.
