This is a long full-time consulting assignment for at least 18 months.
You will be employed by Jefferson Wells but work for our well-known customer in Helsingborg.
Background
In the new Technology Services organisation there is a need for getting the fundamentals in Agile WoW in place among the leadership teams as well as the development teams.
The Scope
Supporting Management teams with Agile WoW in Technology Services
Coaching Leaders, product owners and stakeholders in agile transformation and WoW
Taking on Agile Team Coach role in teams
Host training sessions in Agile WoW in the organisation
Desired competence
• 7 years in agile environment
Coaching management teams
Experience in agile transforming of organizations
Experience with scaling agile frameworks and models
DevOps experience
Retail digital experience
International environmnents
Pragmatic approach yet with high integrity
Swedish and English
