Axiomatics offer a security solution for companies and governments that need to share sensitive data securely. With the help of Axiomatics products, organisations are able to share data and other sensitive information in a secure way that differs from the classic role based access solutions offered by other companies. The organization serves some of the world's leading companies within banking, insurance, media, manufacturing as well as government departments.
At present Axiomatics consist of 50 employees located at their offices in Stockholm, Chicago and Washington. The engineering department is made up off 14 persons divided in two teams, which handle one product each. Currently the role as Scrum Master is filled by one of the developer in each team, but as Axiomatics grow they see the need for a full time Agile Coach/ Scrum Master. As an Agile Coach/ Scrum Master you will coach agile and lean values and principles, focusing on improvements of team delivery, team and cross-team collaboration. You will be working closely to the developers in both teams to support them in their journey towards their longterm objectives.
The person that Axiomatics are looking for has some form of University degree, preferably computer science of some kind. You also have experience working as a Scrum Master for some year. You might have a technical background and know how to code, but that is not necessary, what is important is that you have a solid understanding of the development process. You are familiar with different kinds of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Scrumban or Kanban, you probably have some kind of certification, but it's not a requirement.
At Axiomatics they work exclusively in English, therefore it is vital that you are fluent in English as well. As a person you are a team player and you are willing to learn and share your own knowledge with your teammates. You also have a sense of how to convey your knowledge in a pedagogical way. Above all you need to be a "prestige-less" kind of person with a sense of humor that is always willing to lend a hand.
