Our customer is a leading international provider of digital marketing and engagement solutions. If you want to coach agile teams building a modern high-transactional digital marketing platform of tomorrow, this can be your next challenge. The environment is collaborative and international, and both Scrum and Kanban are used based on the characteristics of each project. The development work is test-driven.

In your daily job, you are planning and co-ordination the work for your teams and are acting as a Scrum Master. You are coaching the teams in how to implement and keep an agile way of working whether it's based on Scrum or Kanban. Jira is used as a Project Management and Issue Tracking system. In this role, you are a member of the technical management team. It's an advantage if you have previous experience from the digital marketing or e-commerce fields.

We believe that you have the following qualifications:
• 3+ years of relevant working experience
• Solid experience in leading Scrum and Kanban based software development projects
• Previous experience in using Jira or similar systems for Project Management and Issue Tracking
• University level studies in computer science or similar
• Good English skills verbally and in writing
