hela Sverige We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach and Consultant who will not only drive Agile principles, practices and values into our client organizations but enhance our own Agile coaching and delivery capabilities. This role involves working with individuals, teams, managers and leaders, who want to implement and improve their Agile practices, as well as drive overall cultural and transformational agendas based on Agile and modern delivery techniques.Your objectives as an Agile Coach center around helping organization to self-sufficiently reap the benefits of better outcomes from the approaches they apply. Moreover, this means activities such as supporting the start-up and launch of teams/projects, defining operating structures, formulating, and executing experiments, facilitating workshops, training, coaching and launching communities of practice, are just some but a few of tools in your toolkit you can expect to utilize in your day-to-day.
At IBM Consulting, IBM Garage is the default way our client's experience us, and Agile delivery is a core aspect of IBM Garage's success. IBM Garage itself is a framework, allowing the right application of an Agile or scaled Agile method depending on our client's context. Communicating how an Agile mindset applies across the entire product development lifecycle and compliments other modern disciplines such as Lean Startup, DevSecOps and Design Thinking, whilst being framework agnostic is crucial in this role.
As an Agile Coach you are passionate about communication, group dynamics, coaching and mentoring and are not afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments to adoption. You should have an insatiable appetite for learning new things, improving existing knowledge and supporting others. As a Coach, you will build strong rapports with stakeholders, drawing on your own stories to take Agile beyond the theory and will work closely with other coaches to share challenges, find solutions and enhance our Coaching capability, actively can seeking and supporting other IBMers, and prospective Coaches around the globe.
The selection is continuous and the role will be filled as soon as possible.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
An Agile Coach must be passionate about helping our client's deliver better outcomes, enabled by technology that drives a much wider digital transformation agenda.
A successful candidate will have demonstrable and repeated success in:
Driving, applying and leading projects & programs to scale agility and amplify the benefits of lean-agile practices beyond a single team or department (both in engineering and non-engineering domains)
Guiding organizations in outcome-oriented evolutionary changes and transformations to support maturity growth and organizational robustness & re-invention
Demonstrating deep knowledge in common Agile frameworks (Scrum, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe, Kanban,, XP etc....)
Launching Agile teams, products, or projects in various contexts, domains, & industries.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Driving overall culture change as part of a transformation
Coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams in an enterprise setting
Defining team topologies and governance processes for large-scale Agile delivery
Running communities of practices, chapters or equivalent
Using tools and techniques to facilitate continuous improvement in the enterprise
Creating, delivering, and improving Agile training courses and content
Providing Thought Leadership around Business Agility trends and leading industry practices and approaches.
Observing and understanding an organisation's specific business and technical processes in both IT and non-IT domains
Facilitating technical discussions to complex problems with successful outcomes
