What would you do, as an Agile Coach?
We are creating a powerful Cloud Platform (we call it INCEDO) that enables more IoT connectivity, more security, more services and most convenient access to physical and digital spaces. This platform manages data flow to, between and from endpoints such as smart locks and readers. It also issues digital identities to the Things and digital credentials to smart cards, smart keys, smartphones and wearable devices.
Your primary responsibility will be to help us to build a highly creative, coherent and innovative culture, where values and principles are the foundation of trust between people, no matter if they are part of the development teams, or, if they are stakeholders, sponsors.
You would also:
• Ensure efficient collaboration of multiple teams through implementation of defined or modified scaled agile frameworks in which on-time and on-target delivery of the value is happening with each product increment
• Along with agile, introduce design thinking and lean innovation principles into the workflow of development teams
• Coach development team members in their agile practices (from basic SCRUM to advanced, scaled frameworks), work with their leaders to enable team members growth (education, skills improvement), motivation, efficiency and innovation potential.
Skills, credentials and experience you need:
• The more certifications you have - the better (e.g. Certified/Professional Scrum Master, Certified/Professional Product Owner, SAFe, Agile Leadership, LeSS, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Design Thinking (certificates are plus)
• Good knowledge of software development process (coding background is a plus), Experience as an agile coach, team leader, digital transformation, innovation management, psychology (education, certification in these fields is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Portfolio, Git, Jenkins
