hela Sverige Do you have previous experience in agile methodologies and likes to work cross divisions and central governance and be a part of a LACE-team in a leading company? We are looking for several agile coaches/experts to help and be a strong force in driving the cultural and organizational transformation. The role is multifaced and your responsibilities will depend on which team, area or level you operate on. Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Facilitate speed, quality and customer value through agile ways of working.
* Setting up and conducting ceremonies
* Educate and support the development of the team members, as well as the agile concepts/processes.
* Promote self-organization and team spirit.
* Assist with internal and external communication and improving transparency.
* Grow a healthy, collaborative and continuously improving engineering and product culture.
* Supports and drives development of selected capability building programs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
* Experience in coaching 5+ teams in agile.
* Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies, trends and framework; e.g. scrum, and can apply and adapt them in any situation.
* Experience in solving typical risks and issues related to agile roles.
* Experience and passion for promoting agile ways of working.
* Broad practical experience in agile; scrum master, agile coach, product owner or similar.
* Ability to define value propositions and clarify MVP.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
* Fluent in English.
* Fluent in Swedish is preferred.
* JIRA & MS Office.
We are looking for someone who has strong communication and leadership skills, sets high standards and inspires others to continuous experience. Furthermore, you are not afraid to do what is right and you are able to be transparent and build trust to create an effective and comfortable workplace.
Start date is January 7th 2020 and will go on until March 31st 2020 and is a full-time position. This project is on a consult/contractor basis and you will be hired by us at Express Rekrytering.
