Agile Transformation Coach
CEVT has since some time started to implement agile methods in key parts of the organisation,
Agile philosophy and methods are growing and becoming increasingly important at CEVT, and in this role you will play a key role in leading us forward on this journey and assure commonality across the organisation.
You will lead crossfunctional team of coaches and experts with the purpose to further develop an agile organisation. You will connect with and support representatives from different parts of our organistion and be our front figure in agile method development - making sure that CEVT develops agile philosophy, standards, methods and tools that is pragmatic and suitable for our business.
The role also includes responsibility to plan and develop training according to needs that arise.
As our Agile front figure you also have an important role in communicating with senior management in the company regarding agile implementation and philosophy.
You will belong to the Business Excellence & Corporate Strategy team at CEVT and report to the VP Business Excellence & Corporate Strategy.

Your background:
You have a couple of years experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master from an international company. Of course you also have a genuine interest for agile methods, organization and change management. Good command in written and spoken English is required in the role.
