We are an international and dynamic bunch of people working cross functional to our main expertise. This means that you will be involved in everything from an Agile perspective to support and motivate our Engineering teams daily, building a positive team culture by encouraging the team(s) to celebrate successes, provide each other with feedback, resolve conflicts, adapt to change and hold each other accountable. You will be responsible for and work with one or two teams helping them reach new heights, you will collaborate with other Agile Coaches and you will get the chance to promote agile ways of working to the entire company.

REQUIREMENT
Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Experience in applying concepts and techniques from agile approaches.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching, and the ability to motivate others.
An intuition and a genuine passion for helping teams and individuals to grow.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional qualifications:
Scrum Master Certification.
Experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
