MVV was founded in 1990 as a software company with focus on balancing manufacturing processes. We also have a fast growing consulting company with approximately 60 employees and a broad experience in both product and production development. Primarily, MVV:s customers are in the areas of automotive, oil/gas and robotics/automation.

Position description:

We are looking for experienced Agile Coaches that can help our teams adopt agile principles to become successful and productive teams. We need you who not only can recite the agile principles when woken up at 3am, but also know how to adopt them to real teams and situations.
The role
An agile coach works with several different tasks. First, you will be part of the overall transformation into agile ways of working. This means that you might be involved in training, writing guidelines, or participate in/facilitate workshops.
You will also be a coach for the teams that need this, either as part of the execution in one of the roles, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer or whatever they need, or as a pure coach, supporting the people in different roles in the team(s). Either way you will need to coach the team and the members into doing the right things, the right way, like working with improvements, managing workload and capacity, facilitating feedback culture, and so on.
Competencies
We are looking for someone who has worked as a Coach, or maybe a Scrum Master, for a few years and has experience with some or all of the following:
• Scrum (preferably in SAFe setup)
• Coaching
• Facilitation
• Team building/feedback culture
• Implementing Scrum from scratch
