Fostering Collaboration: Oversee the IBE Agile Networks, enhancing collaboration among Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other Stakeholders.
Driving Continuous Improvement: Actively share insights and lessons learned with Agile professionals both within and outside the organization to encourage continuous improvement.
Communicating Progress: Consistently update management and Stakeholders on progress, achievements, and key milestones.
Leadership Involvement: As a member of the IBE Programme Management leadership team, you will be responsible for advocating and implementing Agile practices within the organization.

We believe you have
Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience of working in the agile way within the manufacturing industry and R&D area. Preferably you have worked as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master before.
Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Key Personal Attributes:

Collaborative Nature: You excel at working seamlessly across different teams and departments, contributing positively to our business and customer relations.
Agile Expertise: You bring both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Agile methodologies into our organisation.

We Offer You
A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape
A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results
An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion
Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements
