This will be us - your colleagues within Digital Delivery Chapter
Digital Delivery is a new function within Digital & IT. It has the ambition to identify and execute on new digital initiatives in tight collaboration with business units in the Volvo Group and Group Functions as well as modernize and transform our existing solutions into products and to secure agile ways of working across the whole Digital Delivery function.
In the new Agile chapter, we will support the Agile transformation for Digital & IT and larger part of VOLVO Group with the ambition to create value at scale for Volvo Group. We will drive Agile mindset adoption across the organization.
This is how you could make an impact
As an Agile Coach you will partner with IT and business leaders to lead and support the agile transformation. You are recognized as an expert in Agile practices and have proven success in supporting transformation of other organizations. You will drive a continuous improvement culture, encouraging coaching and feedback as strategies for teams and leaders.
In addition, you will serve as a leader for standards, methods, tools and measures of success. Partnership and collaboration at all levels will be a key for success in your role, supporting the mindset shift as well as providing hands-on support across multiple layers of resources and teams. To excel in this role, you will demonstrate a strong experience in change management and the impact agile has on individuals and organizations.

Core Responsibilities
Provide Agile leadership, coaching and education to leaders, teams and individuals across the organization, both IT and business
Train and coach Products Owners, Scrum Masters, Product Teams, Stakeholders and Agile Coach candidates
Support Agile by fostering collaboration and use of best practices
Coach teams in Agile ways of working, enable establishment of effective Agile teams focused on delivering Business Value, and support DevOps teams
Capture feedback and continuously improve Agile guidance, training materials and content
Actively contribute to the global Volvo Group network of Agile coaches and help the agile community to grow
Understand, identify and encourage behaviors necessary to drive maturity in an agile environment
Required Competencies and Experience
Excellent communication and influencing skills: Ability to influence change across both team and leadership levels through relationship building and collaboration
Effective verbal, written communication skills and relationship building skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to create and deliver in room and virtual trainings and workshops
Coaching of defined agile practices
Ability to drive continuous improvement
Relevant Agile Coaching experience, mastering one or several agile frameworks SCRUM KANBAN XP LESS SAFE...
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with all layers of an organization
IT experience, knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodologies is a plus
Education Required
BS/BA degree, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities
Agile certification Scrum Master or Product Owner is a plus
Being a certified coach is a plus
