Network Support Specialist

The Job

Based in our Stockholm office working as part of our Nordic Sales and Network Support team, you will be responsible for improving the performance of Western Union's existing Agent Network across the Nordic countries by making outgoing calls to Agents. You will need to perform welcome and performance calls to improve performance of our Agents, and review their operational limits to optimize the balance between risk and transaction volume.

You will be monitoring inactive Agent locations and understanding the reason for inactivity and possibly act to reopen the account. You will also be responsible for monitoring Agent risk and preventing future risks, and carry out reviews of productivity reports to track and identify any issues in account performance and behavior changes.

You will also need to identify opportunities to drive the business, assist the field team in all agent administrative queries and be the point of contact between the field team and other business departments, whilst working efficiently across other internal business units to ensure issues reported get resolved in a timely and effective manner.

About you
You have experience of working with customers preferably in a Sales or a Call Centre environment and are of an outgoing and driven disposition. You will need to enjoy making outbound calls and interacting with different types of customers, having a strong inner drive to constantly exceed targets in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

You will be a problem solver, someone who is prepared to go beyond the call of duty for the customers benefit and demonstrate your ability to organize and prioritize your workload to meet objectives.

You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable and capable of communicating with all levels of people within and outside of the business. Your good analytical skills and ability to drive change and contribute to new ideas and processes will be key to the team.

It is essential that you possess fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language as you will be engaging with our customers, other Nordic languages are seen as an advantage.
