To meet the increasing demand of our products and solutions, and the diversity in TV and video distribution, we are looking for motivated people to join our Product Management team
Product Manager with focus on technical value proposition
As part of our Product Management team you will be a key player in developing our products and services. With a deep technical knowledge and understanding of our customers' needs, you will create new offers and solutions.
Main responsibilities
By understanding our customers' future needs, wants and demands and turning these into new offers and products of great value, you will contribute to innovative, competitive and sought after products and solutions. You will support Agama's vision in becoming the global first choice for video operators with regards to service quality, operational efficiency and customer understanding.
You are a strong collaborator working closely with different departments within the organisation. Together with the development team you will create specifications and plans for product and system development. In addition, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing departments as well as with our international customers in order to gain insight into future needs.
You will work at events and fairs as well as performing other duties as required, for example, technical sales support from the perspective of Product Management.
Your profile and skill set
We are looking for an experienced and flexible candidate capable of quickly becoming productive in a new environment. You have relevant higher education and a proven track record in a similar role, maybe within Product Marketing or as a Customer Project Manager of complex systems.
We are looking for an open minded and easy-going person who is a true team player and will enjoy working with the rest of us at Agama. With your business sense and strong focus on customer value, you inspire confidence and quickly create great relationships, both internally and externally. You have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. In addition, we consider it an asset if you speak Swedish and other languages.
