Aftersales Network Planning and Development Manager
As the Network Planning and Development Manager, you will design, implement and manage the aftersales networks. This includes the workshop networks which will provide service and repair to Lynk & Co cars, as well as other networks needed to provide different aftersales services to our customers.
Lynk & Co will find partners/service providers that can be used to deliver the aftersales services, rather than investing in setting up own aftersales networks. Your role as Network Planning and Development Manager will be crucial to find the partners/service providers that can be used to deliver aftersales services to the customers.
To be able to do this we believe you have practical experience from aftersales network establishment and/or development. As a person you have strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development, combined with excellent networking and interpersonal skills, and you are a team player with good leadership skills.
Your responsibility will initially cover selected markets in EU. As Lynk & Co gradually expands to cover more markets in the EU the position could evolve to a responsibility leading a team of people working with Network Planning and Development.
As the Network Planning and Development Manager, you will be part of our creative and dynamic global Aftersales team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define workshop networks needed to service & repair Lynk & Co cars
- Define other networks needed to provide future innovative aftersales customer offers
- Identify and drive the collaboration with Lynk & Co partners/service providers to define and setup the different networks
- Secure needed contracts/agreements with partners/service providers
- Secure aftersales networks deliver true customer value and a good Aftersales business
- Follow-up network performance and secure long-term development
- Work closely with other functions within Lynk & Co, proactively collect learnings and best practices and share them within the organization
WHO ARE YOU?
- University degree level in Business, Economics or related discipline
- Practical experience of working with network partners/service providers, e.g. negotiating, signing contracts, auditing, securing long-term collaboration
- Experience from working in automotive or retail is meritorious
- Ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly demanding work environment
- Experience from working in international settings
- Willingness to occasional travel
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Skills in other European languages is meritorious
