Aftersales Controller
In the new and existing position as Aftersales controller you will have a key role in building up and driving the aftersales business forward from a finance and business perspective. Your most important qualities as a person is an ability to understand the business model and the key drivers for fulfilling and making the business profitable and efficient from a finance perspective. You must have excellent understanding of details but without losing the overall perspective. We assume your analytical skills are strong, you have a strong self-motivation and you get energy from meeting and interacting with other people.
The position is based in Gothenburg with a global responsibility which will require some travel. The role reports to Director Finance Operations and is a part of the Finance team.
What you will do
- Supporting the Aftersales business within LYNK&CO as an active business partner to the VP Aftersales
- Analysis and follow up of sales and pricing of Aftersales products and services
- Driving and analyzing profitability of the Aftersales affair including service packages and repairs
- Analysis and follow up of the set-up of service network model
- Stock- and turn over analysis of Spare parts and accessories
- Develop and report KPI:s
- Drive efficiency and profitability projects for the Aftersales organization as well as car project related tasks
- Support to the Aftersales organization in finance related issues
- Be engaged in development of services connected to mobility
Who you are
- University degree in Finance or similar
- Relevant experience (5-10 years) from similar roles in a global environment
- Experience from geographically diverse cross functional collaboration
- Extensive analytical ability
- Relevant experience from database management
- Proven ability to define and evaluate processes and routines with an effectiveness focus
