The Opportunity
We are now looking to recruit an experienced Aftermarket & Country Leader to manage day-to-day operations, develop business and increase profitability for a company in Sweden. It is an exciting opportunity for an individual who can combine their entrepreneurial skills with hands on experience and commitment.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for Aftermarket sales activities and results in a given territory or region.
Develop sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals.
Support the other business segments with sales of company products and services for a specific line of business.
Develop sales personnel, customer accounts, and provide co-management and training to regional sales force.
Establish and implement sales plans as needed to support all aftermarket related products and services.
Achieve Aftermarket sales goals associated with revenue and profit targets.
Train and manage existing sales organization dealers and new customers.
Develop and implement sales objectives, strategies, promotional programs and ensure their execution.
Provide reporting on forecasts, budgets, sales and distributor performance.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Coach and motivate sales staff; provide guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegate works assignments considering employee skills and development needs.
Identify department issues, problems, and opportunities to support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Drive utilization of Cummins tools and processes (i.e. Customer Relationship Management, Customer focus Six Sigma).

Experience and skills
Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.
Able to deal with complexity
Have a global perspective on business issues
Able to coach and develop sales staff
Foster open communication
Able to manage diversity
Talent Management skills
Strategic thinking
Goal-oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Fluent in English and local language (Swedish)

Education, Licenses, Certifications
• College, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or Sponsor certification required
