TO STRENGTHENING AFTER SALES FOR LOADER CRANES WE ARE LOOKING FOR A After Sales Training Manager

We are now taking the next steps towards a world class support. Two of the key areas identified are to strengthen our service training offering and improve the quality communication. Hence, we are looking for a talented communicator and responsive manager to drive this on a global level.
You will set the pace for training and technical product communication through maintaining a constant flow of product and service information to ensure a world class knowledge level in our frontline. This position includes long term focus on strategy execution and medium term process development.
You collaborate with many stakeholders to establish accurate training material and quality information, plan and execute trainings, conferences, workshops and PLC-review meetings.
The after sales team is responsible for technical training, service training, documentation and support as well as quality communication. You will head the EMEA training team and report to the After Sales Director for Hiab Loader Cranes.
The job responsibilities include:
• Staff responsibility, team development and management administration including reporting, budgeting, target setting and strategy execution.
• Develop, maintain and implement the Hiab product and service training strategy for Loader Cranes in collaboration with product-, after sales-, and NPD-management.
• Plan, coordinate and execute training sessions, service and after sales conferences.
• Own, withhold and develop the train-the-trainers system and training policies for frontline and dealers including ownership of the Learning Management System, training certification system, the crane Simulator and other training applications.
• In cooperation with Technical Documentation team further develop and maintain modular training material, tools and platforms in a digital and interactive environment.
• On behalf of the Product Lifetime Care (PLC) teams plan, coordinate and execute PLC-review meetings to secure quality improvement communication with Hiab frontline units, dealers and markets.
• Interact with all necessary stakeholders and business owners to define training and information need.
Our expectations:
In order to be successful in this position we believe you fulfil the following criteria:
• Hold an academic degree within engineering, communication, economy or quality or several years of experience from a similar position.
• Documented experience as a trainer, teacher, professional communicator or experience from the media business with excellent pedagogic skills and communication abilities both using verbal and written information.
• Experience from working in projects and global cross functional environments with many stakeholders and business owners.
• You are fluent in Swedish and have excellent English language skills both spoken and written.
• Work freely in windows office environments and different digital applications, e.g. management systems, product information systems and presentation tools.
• You are structured by nature with a big interest to coordinate events.
• It's preferred, but not a requirement, if you speak a third language such as German, French, Spanish or Polish.
• It's an advantage if you have experiences from service and product support and quality management as well as crane applications and basic hydraulics
This position is located in Hudiksvall, Sweden and requires global travelling 50-70 travel days a year
