Location
The position is based in Gothenburg and reports to the Director After Sales Offerings.
Description of the job
Ascom is looking for a technical customer oriented co-ordinator in the field of repair services. The co-ordinator will be part of the Global Service team with the main responsibility to look after the daily operations of Ascom Wireless after sales offerings. This will include responsibility for life cycle plan administration for repair and accessories items and operational support to Ascom regions, Growth Market, Partners and OEM customers. You will support the After Sales Offering team with monthly reporting, volume estimates and forecasts. In the job you will work in close cooperation and have frequent contact with our repair suppliers.
Primary responsibilities
• Responsible to support Ascom regions, Growth Markets, Partners and OEM customers with the after sales offerings.
• Technical responsibility for After Sales Offerings item management, phase in/out, price lists
• Responsible to create Monthly reporting
• Responsible to calculate volume estimations, forecast figures
• Responsible to keep Ascom partner web and internal documentation updated
• Coordinate repair and accessory daily business
• Coordinate with Sales and Supply in order to minimize customer/partner impact in the repair/accessories service area
• In the job you will work in close cooperation and have frequent contact with our repair suppliers
Personal characteristics
To be successful you need to be able to understand technical environments and systems and be comfortable dealing with technical topics. To enjoy in this position, you need to be a socially confident, professional and service-minded person. You take an honour in communicating in a simple and straight forward way, and have no problems talking to both senior management and end users. You have courage to take on challenges and will not easily give up. You are well organized and can work effectively without direct supervision. You always keep team members involved in your work and you are not afraid to ask for help and advice.
Qualifications
• Knowledge and experience of repair services in a B2B relation
• Experienced in ERP, CRM and product life cycle systems
• Language skills: fluency in English and Swedish, other languages highly appreciated
• Service minded, technical oriented, structured, precise, work well under pressure
• Expert skills in Excel, Word and Power Point
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in Engineering, is an advantage
In addition we value
• Good experienced in logistical flows in a global business
• Good experienced in Microsoft Axapta, Agile and Jira
