We are looking for a Affiliate Managerfor our Growth team! The team that's being built right now contains people, that just like you, are humble team players who love their jobs and want to help each other and Readly's succeed.
Location: Stockholm
As anAffiliate Manager you willdrive the global strategy and set the future goals for our affiliate program. You will be a part of the Growth Team working closely with your colleagues to set a solid strategy. You will be responsible for the affiliate agency and making sure internal and external efforts are made to reach your KPIs.This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical and creative skills. You also need to be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic workplace and organisation with high speed.In this role you will be a big part of painting the road map to success, so a visionary mindset combined with a hands on attitude is needed.
What you will need:
• Have 3+ years in affiliate management
• Experience in working with/in multi-disciplined teams across all business functions
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written format
• Experience working with affiliate networks
