Inclined Labs AB is a rapidly growing company in the experience industry. With our worldwide patented concept for angled wind tunnels, we attract visitors from across the globe who come to practice and experience true flight. Building upon our continued success in Europe where a second site is set to open in 2025, we are expanding our footprint into the US market.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead our US expansion efforts. This individual will take responsibility for establishing operations, building relationships, and fuelling income streams. The Business Development Manager will work out of Stockholm initially and transfer to the US after one to two years. This position demands a dynamic, forward-thinking approach. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the vertical wind tunnel industry, specifically in business development or sales, and is ready to leverage that expertise to grow our US presence. Familiarity within wingsuiting, skydiving, or BASE jumping is a plus. These groups represent a key demographic for us.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in the vertical wind tunnel industry within the US, specifically in a business development, sales management, or operational management capacity.
(Recommended) Proven track record of launching or scaling businesses; entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.
Strong communication skills; native or near-native English fluency required.
Existing US work permit (no sponsorship available).
Proven experience in overseeing the day-to-day operations of an indoor skydiving or wind tunnel facility, including the oversight of safety protocols and risk management procedures.
Familiarity with vertical wind tunnel industry safety standards and regulations, capable of implementing best practices to maintain consistent operational excellence.
Knowledge of US liability regulations and legal best practices. Able to implement and maintain protocols that minimize risk and uphold the highest safety standards, reducing potential for litigation.
Capacity to foster a supportive team environment, encouraging open communication, shared best practices, and collective accountability for maintaining the highest flight safety and coaching standards.
