Building a consultancy business that attracts and keep fantastic people in Probisma by serving with a model and assignments that everyone is hankering for.

The role is broad, since we are a small company. These are some of the areas you will work with. Though in the beginning we will have highest focus on recruitment and finding assignments for our consultants.

Recruitment
Drive recruitment processes for new candidates

People Management
Be supportive in that everyone feels that they are seen. Every member of this team is very important, make sure that they love our company.
Coaching and guide Probisma team members
Make sure that we have a good coaching program for everyone
Make sure happiness index moves towards 5.0 (highest)

Company Culture
Be familiar with vision in Probisma and feel it, hopefully live it
Inspire the team to work towards our vision
Continuous improvement of our culture.
Promote our culture throughout our team and network.

Public Profiling
Continuously improvement of Probisma brand - employees, candidates, partners, customers.
Branding for candidates, partners and customers
Become one of the company's faces for Probisma

Supporting, driving and guiding of internal events
Team building

Support and drive events with external stakeholders

Consultancy Sales
Learn, Build and maintain our networks

Prolong contracts

Fluent in Swedish is a requirement for this role but we have English as company language.
