We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join our team and help us take Natural Cycles through this exciting period of transformative growth. This critical role is designed to support the Global Head of Communications in helping to increase Natural Cycles dialogue and interaction with key global/regional and local stakeholder individuals and groups.
You must clearly demonstrate advocacy/stakeholder management experience and be ready to apply your skills in a unique and challenging context. You must be a self-starter and able to work independently and have excellent interpersonal & influencing skills.
Natural Cycles is one of Stockholm's hottest startups and the world's leading startup in the area of contraception and reproductive health. Besides providing women with a life-changing tool to monitor their fertility, the application is also a unique research platform yielding exciting new clinical data on a regular basis.
What you will be doing
Develop and implement the stakeholder management & advocacy plan for Natural Cycles global with an initial focus on Sweden, US, UK and Germany respectfully
Work closely with relevant departments/individuals to ensure appropriate internal involvement and action in achieving the advocacy goals
Edit and develop, where appropriate, key messages and communications materials vital to achieving the Natural Cycles stakeholder & advocacy plan
Conduct market specific stakeholder mapping, to identifying and prioritise potential direct/indirect influencers
Work with the Global Head of Communications to identify existing and potential stakeholders and partners to support advocacy initiatives
Conduct ongoing environmental mapping, to assess political, health *healthtech, mHealth and other relevant topics that may directly or indirectly affect Natural Cycles
Organise and coordinate advocacy/engagement activities, such as, but not limited to, meetings,
steering groups, campaign days, social media campaigns and conferences
Ensure all stakeholder and advocacy related activities are properly budgeted, documented and evaluated
Identify and prioritise tasks, establish a course of action and develop processes to ensure that work is completed within deadlines and within budget
Contribute to cross-functional teams within Natural Cycles to help increase impact and visibility of our activities
Your first project would be to work on establishing guidelines for the marketing of contraceptive apps in order to distinguish Good from Bad.
What skills and experience you should have
You have a min of 3 years experience in a related field
You have advocacy/stakeholder management experience
You are a self-starter and able to work independently
You have excellent interpersonal & influencing skills
You are fluent in english and passionate about Natural Cycles
