OM TJÄNSTEN

Stockholm International School is a non-profit organization and is run as a foundation. The Advancement team works to ensure the school's position where Sweden can welcome international competence and offer quality education for its students. The team is responsible for marketing, student recruitment, internal and external communication, alumni relations, volunteer work, public affairs, and fundraising.

As an Advancement Services Officer, you will be part of a social team of 6 people who value good cooperation highly. The role is a new position in the Advancement team, which means it is malleable and may adapt and change over time. The role will revolve around four main areas of responsibility: reporting, data processing, data integration and privacy, and insight management. By working data-driven with evaluation and follow-up, the team can ensure that the school's initiatives and incentives are implemented in the right way. The role will take care of and develop the team's various systems and processes.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks

• Produce and compile data reports that visualize data to facilitate decision-making and forecasting for the SIS board, management, and other parts of the organization
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure proper processing of data and gifts
• Handle requests for certificates, such as certificates of enrolment
• Process Fundraising/Donation Confirmations
• Manage mailing lists
• Monitor SIS CRM (Raiser's Edge) systems, liaise with the school's IT team and external vendors, and develop in-house skills to fully understand and leverage the system's various functional areas
• Producing, implementing and analyzing results of surveys, such as the annual parent/guardian survey and entry and exit surveys

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Have good skills in managing data, including data analysis and data entry
• Possess strong data visualization skills, capable of creating clear and insightful visual representations of complex data
• Have a good knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and the ability to effectively use them for interaction and data management
• Have a degree in a relevant field or have equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge of both English and Swedish, both written and spoken, as both languages are used in your daily work
• Can demonstrate a good ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion

Background Check: As part of the recruitment process, we will conduct background checks.
