In this position you will be part of the Nordic Ultrasound Application team and support sales and application specialist. The support can vary from product demonstration, KOL training and lectures during workshop/congresses in the region. Your primary work will be within the General Imaging market with focus on Urology and ABUS fields. Experience and knowledge about advanced Radiology applications is expected. You can also be expected to support within other clinical fields from time to time.
Essential Responsibilities
Create demonstration strategies and demo protocols for specific clinical applications.
Develop and implement training concepts for local application teams in each country.
Support the countries in demonstrating equipment during sales process for key projects, in academic and top luminary sites.
Support the development and implementation of national and regional customer trainings.
Demonstrate products during national and regional trade shows, workshops and congresses.
Gather permanent feedback from customers and local teams about system performance and improvement needs.
Use Salesforce.com for application planning and lead generation.
Follow clinical market trends and report them back to define future product needs.
Support European team in pursuing clinical evaluation of NPI.
Qualifications/Requirements
Maintain existing Nordic KOL network in close co-operation with Nordic GI Segment manager.
Support the countries in developing their regional networks.
Create and develop new KOL contacts for specific applications in GI.
Support clinical evidence and value creation process for new features and applications.
Desired Characteristics
Strong senior application skills.
Regulation, Compliance and Quality focus.
Experience in ultrasound and deep understanding of the market dynamics.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global engineering and marketing teams and to team members in other functional organizations).
Fluent in minimum one Nordic language and English (verbally and in writing).
Customer centricity.
Strong team player.
Can independently drive own schedule and planning.
Strong clinical / application experience in ultrasound.
Computer proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Web-enabled tools.
Willingness to travel 60%. Primarily within territory, but also occasionally international.
