Job Summary
Tetra Pak Processing are looking for an Advanced Process Engineer
This position can be based at either High Wycombe (UK), Lund (Sweden), Aarhus (Denmark) or Vilnius(Lithuania)
The Advanced Process Engineer will be responsible for process engineering and technical support of Tetra Pakcapital projects, as well as specification of equipment and functional design within the given time and costbudgets while leading the team of engineers for L2/L3 project.
What you will do
Lead the team of process engineers in the project, to deliver solution that meets contractual requirementand ensure solution is safe as well as meets legal requirements
To provide comprehensive process engineering and technical support, as necessary, in the design, sale,installation and commissioning of process systems.
Flowchart (PID) and layout development
Calculation for piping, pumps and valves used in the food industry
Creation of Technical Descriptions and Process Functional Specifications
Creation of project documentation incl. Test specifications
Carrying out the CE marking process for our technical solutions
To plan the engineering and commissioning activities, in collaboration with both the Tetra Pak projectteam and customers team
To carry out plant installation completion inspections, commissioning and plant hygiene audits
To update all process documentation in line with all changes done during commissioning
To participate in commercial tendering and project process design as required
Assisting with technical issues in the projects.
We believe you have
At least 5 years experience in designing and implementing process solutions particularly within the liquidfood industry
An awareness of current legislation affecting processing solutions
A strong personal drive for results and ability to work on your own initiative whilst planning andprioritising work
A high level of collaboration, engagement and leadership skills ()as you will be working in partnershipwith many key stake holders externally as well as internally you will need to possess)
An agile approach, and the ability to sell your ideas to others
Excellent communication skills
A logical approach and a methodical attitude towards troubleshooting system problems
Degree level education in a relevant discipline (Chemical, Production, Process, Mechanical or FoodEngineering) or be able to demonstrate thorough experience a similar level of achievement
Willingness to acquire a high level of competency on Tetra Pak tools and processes
Ability to travel approximately 30% of your time - to our colleagues, customers and suppliers to fulfilthe role (internationally, with extensive travel throughout North Europe & Benelux)
