We currently have the following job opening;
Advanced Engineering and External Contacts Manager
In the position as Advanced Engineering and External Contact Manager you will be responsible to create and drive the annual Advanced Engineering (AE) portfolio based on CEVT strategic areas. You task will be to work with each unit to prioritise, kick-off and control the AE portfolio. In addition you will be responsible to work with external contacts such as governmental institutions, universities and other key organisations to initiate and drive cooperations, apply for external fundings etc.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Manage annual AE process
• Prioritise and control AE-portfolio
• Report AE portfolio status to R&D management
• Manage external contacts (governmental institutions, universities and other key organisations)
• Facilitate in applications/and apply for external fundings in cooperation projects
Profile and Background
We are looking for you that have experience of working with product development in large organizations, preferably automotive. We think you have a background and experience of managing and leading technology projects and previously worked with governmental/institutional funding projects. Broad network within governmental institutions and universities is desired.
To be successful in this position you are structured with a holistic view, open minded and it is easy for you to interact with different people. You have a strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative and drive projects independently but also in cooperation with others. Cultural awareness, specifically between Europe and Asia is also important factors to be successful.
Suitable theoretical background is Bachelor or Master of Science within engineering or similar.
