Job description
Very exciting things are now happening at AFRY Advanced Automation in Stockholm. We are specialists in electricity, automation, programming and digitization and work with both large and small projects. We work with a variety of clients in the Stockholm area, both in the public and private sectors. We are now making a clear commitment to expanding our operations in the Stockholm region. The group in Stockholm today consists of around 30 colleagues who like to come up with fun things together. With us, you are part of a team that works from the idea stage to the finished project and finished plant in industry. You can expect an organization that invests in deliveries in digitization/automation and an opportunity to grow within AFRY where you will have a great chance to develop. We are now starting a pronounced investment towards the region and want to grow with more brave, dedicated team players!
We now want to expand our business and are looking for Automation Engineers, Project Managers, Electrical Designers, Electric Power Designers and Mechanical Designers to complement the team. In the team, we have an exciting range of competence areas, background, cutting-edge skills, but with the common denominator that we are passionate about Automation .
Examples of tasks can be to:
Define and describe system solutions
Investigation and evaluation of technical documents
Develop new technical solutions and solution proposals
Programming of various PLC brands
Programming of various SCADA and HMI brands
As a consultant with us, you are in the driver's seat for your own development. At AFRY, we can offer you skills development through the AFRY Academy - our own AFRY school as well as development through exciting new assignments together with driven colleagues and exciting customers at the technological forefront.
We have offices in both Södertälje, Solna and Liljeholmen - which location do you prefer?
Requirements specification
Do you have a post-secondary education in a relevant technical field or acquired equivalent experience in another way? Good!
Do you also have at least 3 years of work experience of automation in industry, either as a consultant, supplier or on the client side? Even better!
We also believe that you recognize yourself in most of the requirements below as well:
Good knowledge mainly in Siemens and ABB's software.
If you are an electrical designer, you are a familiar user of either Eplan8 and/or ElproCad.
B driving license as there may be travel in the service.
Can communicate very well in Swedish and English, as those are the languages in which the communication takes place
