Your Mission
This role will play a part in continuing to shape the global IT organization.
Work in an agile environment and you will, in an iterative and communicative fashion, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, users and other development teams to continuously identify requirements and transform these into user-centric data analytics solutions.
By delivering excellence, you will be an ambassador of BI/Data Analytics practices and standards throughout the organization.
You will use your knowledge, creativity and experience to ensure delivery.
We will rely on your understanding of business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI and analyze data and present data through reports that aid decision-making.

Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models.
Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics.
Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems.
Data warehouse development and work with SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS.
Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems.
SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data.
Your Profile
Have a University degree in relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience.
5+ years of experience working within the Information Technology and Data Analytics/Business Intelligence area.
Great interpersonal and communication skills that reflect desire for collaboration.
See the importance of a common understanding of the business need and thrives on being a central part of the team for meeting these with the delivery of technical solutions.
Structured and able to operate independently in line with guidelines and agreed ways of working.
As the role is conducted with responsibility and flexibility, candidate needs to be pro-active, well organized, and thrive to deliver according to expectations. Candidate also needs to find satisfaction by delivering with quality.
Location and travel
The location for this role is flexible within the Epiroc IT HUB locations depending on the candidate.
Some traveling might be expected up to 10 %.
