On behalf of the public health care we recruit European specialist doctors, nurses and dentists, we organize their language course and we give assistance in all practical issues related with the relocation to the new country. Since the beginning of our activity in 2003 we have selected and trained in the Swedish language more than 400 European specialist doctors, dentists and nurses. In Sweden, 15 county councils have contracted our company's services, and all regions in Denmark and Norway. We began by recruiting Spanish specialist doctors, especially primary care physicians and established a course centre outside Barcelona in 2003. We now also hold courses in Budapest and in other locations when necessary. Following the European Union enlargement we began to recruit in the new member states: Hungary, Poland, Spain, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Portugal, Croatia, Slovenia and the Netherlands. We are ISO certified and are a test center for Swedex. We are 30 employees working in our company.
The doctor will work in a multidisciplinary team, in both inpatient and outpatient work. The work includes reception, diagnosis and treatment of patients, team sessions and meetings with the patient's family, cooperation with social services.
In the affective psychiatry clinic they treat patients with affective disorders, including bipolar disorders, anxiety syndroms, compulsive-, eating-, personality-, neuropsychiatric disorders including ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. They have several programs for adapting people to the society, as these patients often have a hard time adjusting.
The Hospital has a generous policy regarding further training and participation to conferences. The doctor will also be involved in the training of resident doctors and in the further development of the department.
Essential requirements:
Title of specialist doctor in psychiatry in EU.
Good English level.
Availability to participate to the Swedish language course.
Desirable requirements:
Experience of 1 or 2 years in adult psychiatry.

The costs for the interview will be supported by employer.
There will be assistance with relocation costs.
Accommodation during the intensive language course is assured. In Sweden we assist with finding apartment but we don't pay for the rent.
