Mindset is one of Sweden’s leading training companies with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Johannesburg. We have a staff of 80 employees and a turnover of 90 MSEK. Mindset is a one-stop supplier providing complete tailor-made solutions and open courses in the areas of Leadership, Project Management, Business Skills, Business Language, and Communication as well as services related to training and e-learning. Amongst our largest customers are Atlas Copco, Ericsson ITT Water and Wastewater, Skanska, TeliaSonera and Vattenfall.
We are currently looking for an Administrator/Business Language Consultant for our Business Language Group. In this position, you will take care of administrative routines connected to our language courses under the supervision of our Course Director. In addition, you will teach Business English to our corporate clients. We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, conscientious, organized, and understands the value of providing continuous and prompt customer service to our clients/course participants.
Main responsibilities include 50% consultant duties & 50% administrative duties (percentage can vary throughout the year):
Providing Business English courses to individuals and small groups
Conducting language interviews prior to language courses
Contact with course participants regarding pre-course procedures
Copying, printing of course material and filing
Contact with consultants in order to coordinate schedules
Sending out all course information, i.e. course confirmations and course materials to participants and to consultants
Contact with consultants regarding books. Ordering books from supplier and tracking orders/shipments
Responsible for translation services (internal & external)—assigning translation to appropriate translators, scheduling and tracking delivery
Qualifications:
Native English speaker or near-native ability in English
Good Swedish skills
Have some commercial/industry experience (e.g. IT, finance, accounting, banking or telecommunication).
Ideally, the applicant should also have a university education and a qualification in teaching English as a second language is an advantage.
Prior experience with administrative support
Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
Thorough, detail-oriented, flexible, conscientious with a customer-service attitude
