OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is now looking for a Administrator to join the team at UniqueSec in the heart of Gothenburg. UniqueSec is an innovative company that develops advanced algorithms in commercial signal and radar solutions in various applications, primarily in automotive and work with giant automotive tier-1s and OEMs to bring the safety of vehicles to a new level.
The company is a Gothenburg-based startup company and is unique in its technical niche. UniqueSec currently consists of five experienced and competent engineers with a great entrepreneurial spirit.
You are offered

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Administrator you will work in a close cooperation with the CTO, Fahimeh, and assist in her daily work. Some of the job duties will include:
• Arrangement and preparation of meetings
• Making updates on websites and documents
• Answering calls and emails on demand
• Helping with arrangements in the office, restaurant booking and greeting clients
• Taking responsibility of the company inventory
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Earlier experience from similiar job duties
• Used to working with a computer and have good computer skills
• Fluent in English in both writing and speaking
It is meritious if you:
• Are fluent in Swedish in both wiriting and speaking
• Have an interest in technology
