To our customer in Akalla we are now searching for an Administrative person who will have the opportunity to work in a international och successful environment with different tasks. This position is as a consultant through Manpower and it's for full time. Start is as soon as possible until a couple of months with good possibilities to extension.

In this position you will:
Support the site in Stockholm and the Site Leader, this is a fast paced role involving event management, PR, internal and external communication and documentation to service employee satisfaction and the specific needs of our site. In addition, you will sometimes be filling in as executive assistant to our directors responsible for the teams on site. In this position working evenings can occur.

• Booking of meeting rooms, equipment and refreshments for onsite planning events and team meetings
• Booking of team social events, dinners, offsite activities and accommodation - we have many visitors and many such events as we collaborate with teams across the whole globe
• Maintenance of site specific information/documentation (for example draft/review site leader communications to the office)
• External relations/PR (for example help with external PR and university events: coordinate with HR/recruiting, help build up the stands, order and organize giveaways, be present at the booths)
• Contact/Collaborate with the other European subs of the company: shared events, trainings, meetings and other initiatives
• Process purchase orders, invoices, expenses, HeadTrax and Space requirements
• When filling in as Executive Assistant you will for example be expected to constantly anticipate every need your executives have for meeting the demands of their schedule with respect to confirming all details on time, location, participants, agenda, materials and travel logistics. To do so you will need to stay at least one step ahead of them to ensure the day/week runs efficiently and without errors.

Who are you?
We are searching for someone who have similar experience since before and experience from working in an international company. Your english skills are very good. You have skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint along with MS Outlook experience. If you have experience working in Sharepoint this is a plus.
You have preferably a bachelor degree.

The customer expect you to be efficient, organised and most importantly personable and able to work well within a fast, dynamic team. You will need to be used to working with different personalities with different objectives, and with a global, time zone-spanning team. Attention to detail is crucial, the ability to multitask is really important as are excellent organisation, communication and listening skills.

Further you are a positive outgoing person with good organizing skills who like to work in a fast paste environment.
