To our customer, a big global company in Kista, we are looking for an Administrator!

We are now looking for an Administrator to provide a high degree of administrative support and service to a department. Administrators may in some cases take decisions on behalf of his/her manager and represent the unit if delegated. Further, contribute to and coordinate activities in different projects in the administrative area, act as expert for the administrative support systems whenever needed and authorize e.g. purchase orders, invoices in line with authorization policies and routines. Support and inform about the customers internal administrative processes, systems and tools. The tasks performed can be on an ad-hoc basis. All above to optimize administrative efficiency, meet business needs and enable the line organization to focus on the core business.

Responsibilities:

• You will manage information and support in creating information

• Support with use of the customers administrative tools and other general tools

• Handle entry and exit administration of employees

• Drive improvement and implementation of administrative routines

• Network and communicate with other assistants within the organization.

• Place Purchase Orders and follow up on invoices

• Support with travel arrangements

• Make purchases of office supplies

This is a consultant job. You will get an employment at Manpower and work for our customer in Kista. The job is fulltime, monday to friday, 8 hours/day between 8.00-17.00. The job is expected to start immediately and will last for 6 months.

Who are you?

We see that the candidate whom applies is outgoing, service oriented and has a problem-solving mind. You are positive, professional and have an open mind. You like to take on new tasks and to work in an international environment with people from all over the world. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking.

Your computer skills are advanced and your ability to learn new systems are high. You are enthusiastic working in different and complex systems and are a quick learner.
