Are you an experienced administrator with excellent communication and influencing skills? Do you have an understanding of procurement processes on a continental or global basis? Then you 're the right candidate for the job as an administrator to our global customer in Gothenburg, Sweden.

About the role
As an administrator you are based in Gothenburg and on-site at our global client 's premises. You are a part of a small team tasked with managing the key global accounts of the field-based fleet sales team based in key global markets.

In your role as an Administrator your main tasks will include:

• Coordination of the company 's response in a timely manner to Tenders from major global corporate customers
• Calculating and then submitting global fleet bonuses for payment
• Liaising with customers to clarify important information and deadlines
• Direct liaison with account teams in other continental locations. You will be responsible for co-ordinating bids for orders to ensure maximum market penetration
• Capturing of key information pertinent to the issuing of contracts / support terms to major customers and ensuring that information is captured accurately and in a timely fashion
• Maintaining key customer relationships and ensuring queries are responded to promptly and that the brand is promoted accurately
• Updating the CRM systems and ensuring all KPIs are met

About you
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience within administration and who has exceptional administrative skills - you should be able to work quickly and accurately.

Furthermore, we see that you are fluent in English and have a strong awareness of business vocabulary. You should have attained a good level of secondary education as a minimum and have excellent IT skills.

Important for the role:

• An understanding of typical tendering / procurement processes, preferably on a continental or global basis
• Excellent communication and influencing skills- you should be able to confidently interact with a range of both internal and external customers
• Exceptional administrative skills- you should be able to work quickly and accurately
• Excellent IT skills demonstrated through the use of Excel, Word and preference that you will have worked with a sales process/CRM or procurement bid system: such as Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, SAP, Citrix, SAGE CRM etc.
• A calm, friendly personality and the ability to remain measured under pressure
• It will help your application to be able to demonstrate an understanding of the automotive industry
• Excellent written skills and a keen eye for detail
• You should have attained a good level of secondary education as a minimum
• It is essential that you speak fluent English and have a strong awareness of business vocabulary
• You speak/write Swedish
• Additional European languages would be advantageous to your application

About the employment
The assignment as an Administrator is a consultative assignment with an appointment immediately. Initially, the assignment is for 2 months. As a consultant, you will get an employment in Adecco Sweden. For the right person, there is a great possibility to be employed by the customer.
