Administrator to customer within retail in Stockholm
We are looking for a Administrator to our customer who will be responsible for the following tasks:
? Manage and control the CRD-process (Jira, Charm, CHG). Important to be accurate and thorough since the process is a bit extensive and intricate
? Administrative support to existing AM Lead with for example collecting information, prepare material etc
? Support and supervise AM team,
You will work as a consultant and Manpower will be your employer. You will be placed in Stockholm. The mission is expected to start the 10th of April and you will work until 1st of September. The mission coluld also be extended.
Competences
? IT knowledge and experience in IT systems
? Tools and processes - have experience of working in set processes
? Administrative skills
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is structured and thorough. You are communicative and are being able to get the message through depending on receiver. You have very good language skills; both Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
What we can see you have very good social skills as you will have plenty of interaction with teams, stakeholders, etc.You have a sense of urgency, you are being able to prioritize and act in a high pace environment and you are alwas getting the job done and make sure that everyone is in line.
