hela Sverige Main responsibilities in this position:
• Organizes, controls and delivers specific administrative activities and services
• Participates in establishing an understanding of customer requirements to ensure that planned activities and services meet needs, and in monitoring those services and activities to ensure requirements are fully met
• Prioritizes workload, to achieve personal and work unit targets
• Controls projects ensuring delivery of project outputs according to plan
• Provides administrative services to management teams coordinating complex meetings and off-site events and travel in line with AZ policy
• Part of the Nordic Admin Support team were all have a joint responsibility for the support and team delivery
• Provide support on arrangements of details around Nordic and local Sales activities, e.g. (50-70% of team workload)
• Handle invoices and purchase orders, knowledge about SAP is desirable.
• Provide support to appointed function/Specialist area (20-30% of team workload)
• Communication, collaboration and back-up (10-20% of team workload)
• Assures tasks are of correct quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards

• You are able to multitask, you're customer focused and you enjoy working with different internal stakeholders.
• Success in this position requires ability to work with others: You work well with other people, and relate to them in an attentive and adroit way. You listen, communicate and resolve conflicts and issues constructively.
• You are problem solving oriented and you always search for improvementsYour IT skills are up to date and you have good English skills.
