We are a growing Company with a dynamic and vibrant team. We are now seeking a person who will look after some of the administrating tasks in the call centre.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Reconfirming hotel bookings by calling the hotels and suppliers directly. Updating hotel information in to the booking system with notes.
• Creating manual vouchers. The call centre will send the details and the candidate will create the vouchers manually using word and pdf. The information will be sent via email to the travel agent.
• Support the call centre when researches is needed for hotels around the world, negotiate the best rates and availability with the hotel. Provide the call centre with the availability and rates.
• Ensure that all enquiries and requests are managed to a successful conclusion by following guidelines and procedures.
• Deliver a first class customer service and recognize the importance of customer retention and relationships with suppliers/other departments within the organization.
• Prioritize the workload according to deadlines
• Portrays a professional approach to customers at all times
• Maintain and enhance good business relationships with agents, affiliates and suppliers
• Update IT systems with bookings and other information
The successful candidate will have previous experience in:
Essential:
• Experience working in a customer facing role
• Spoken and written English and Swedish
• Computer literate
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Accuracy, research skills and attention to details
• Team working skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Resilience and open to working in an ever-changing environment
• A "can do" approach and willingness to take ownership for decisions
Desirable:
• Travel industry experience
• Travel related qualification
• Knowledge of any other European languages
