hela Sverige We are looking for new candidates to come work with us as consultants, on-site with our customers in Sweden. On behalf of our client we are now looking for a Chinese speaking administrator within purchasing.
Tasks & responsibilities:
• ) Order handling
• ) Resolve invoice queries (block/unblock)
• ) Supplier agreement administration
Required skills:
• ) Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• ) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• ) Experience from SAP/R3 (experience from Ariba is extra meriting)
• ) Chinese speaking (fluent)
Start: November, 2017.
Duration: 2 months initially, with a probability for extension.
Extent: part-time / full-time, 90-100%. Paid overtime can be requested by the customer.
Compensation: Negotiable. We offer a competitive salary and according to Swedish standards; occupational pension plan, five weeks paid vacation, priority medical care insurance, health care insurance, income level insurance, work liability insurance.

You are a seasoned Chinese-speaking administrator with experience from purchasing, looking for a new and interesting project.
You enjoy working both independently and in a team and you are focused on reaching result on time. As a person you must be thorough and able to work with many different people. Both written and spoken English skills are required. Personal profile should also include a positive attitude, a desire to assist fellow coworkers, a structured way of working and care with details.
