Procurement is a function within Operations at Saab Dynamics AB within Business Area Dynamics. We are responsible for souring & supply including quality to Business Units - Missile Systems, Underwater System and Ground Combat. The Administrator role is based in Linköping and will support the continued growth and development of the function. Our work involves cooperation with various parts of Dynamics and Saab as well as domestic or international suppliers and partners.

Your role

The Administrator supports the Procurement functions in Linköping and will cooperate with other administrative resources in both Linköping and Karlskoga. Day-to-day activities include supporting the function's managers as well as personnel with various administration tasks. The role requires a broad and flexible approach and offers the ability to support all aspects of procurement. Our Business System IFS is also a central part in our job where IFS skills or similar are of essence in your past experience. The use of Saab's internal purchasing tool HANSA is required. Other typical administrative duties include:

* Host and manage practicalities associated with external visits
* Manage Request for visits when we have visitors
* IFS activities such as; time management and document management
* Agresso activities such as invoice approval
* Facility related efforts such as manage/order IT-equipment and other hardware
* Travel administration such as review of travel expenses as well as occasional order of travel for those who need such support
* Manage events, including logistics with personnel starting new positions or retiring
* Handle external correspondence including express shipping, courier delivery and secure electronic external communication
* Introduce new employees on administrative routines
* Administration related to consultants
* Support activities for the wellbeing of the function
* Ordering office supplies (via Hansa)

Your profile

As for most roles it is essential to have an interest for creating, maintaining and developing interpersonal relations in general. We look for a person with drive and desire to identify and execute whatever is required to create flow within our organization. You are a strong team player who creates opportunities of Teamwork.

Other required skills:

* Good communication skills in English, verbal and written
* Driving license
* Good knowledge of the Office programs

This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.

This role is based in Linköping, however some travel to Karlskoga will be required.
