Dina arbetsuppgifter
As a HR & General Services Administrator, you have a broad role of administrative tasks and office support. For example, you are managing the reception and office supplies purchase, handling correspondence, answering phone calls, arranging appointment and provide internal post-delivery. Also, you support the HR & General Services function in full.

Additional tasks:
• First point of contact with building management and contracted providers (cleaning, post, security, fire protection etc.)
• Assist HRD & MD in monthly expense reporting
• Organizing and supervising provision of office maintenance (repairs etc.)
• Ensure send lists are updated & IT team is informed
• Coordinate all company travelling (liaising with travel agency)
• Support HR & GS function by checking, controlling and summarizing monthly costs (e.g. mobile phones, office supplies, travels)


Kvalifikationer
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role
• Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Swedish
• Knowledge of business support systems, SAP (preferred)

We are looking for a social, proactive, serviceminded and self driven person who is proud of being Ferrero's ambassador. You have a "can do" attitude and are a true doer who likes taking things in your own hands and support the business with different tasks. Also, you are detail oriented, accurate, structured and can set priorities.

Övrig information:

This is a full-time consulting assignment until further notice. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant with Ferrero.

Start: April / May, or as agreed upon
Location: Malmö, Hyllie
Salary: Basic salary upon agreement
