hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Hotell Edström i Arvidsjaur Your daily tasks will consist of: traditional administrator work such as, answering the phone, welcome visitors, print materials, schedule and support/prepare conferences, assist with preparations for presentations, managing servers and network for up to 200 simultaneous users, order office supplies and invoices ect. You will be the point of contact for our international engineers and the manager of the test centre and also be managing servers and network for up to 200 simultaneous users. In addition, you will also work closely with Hotell Edström including sending petrol reports ect.
Personal traits we are looking for: multi tasker, problem solver, work independently and be able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
The following education/experience are preferred: good computer knowledge- flexible- great team worker.
Working hours: day time, however at occasion it can be necessary to work weekends and evenings.
The company can assist with accommodation during the time of employment.
Hotell Edström AB is looking for a service minded customer support/receptionist for our client ZF TRW located at their test centre. The job stretches through the winter season (October/November to April)
