hela Sverige Are you interested in a central role where administration, finance, and customer interaction come together? We are currently looking for an Order Administrator for an assignment with a well-established international technology company.
In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth and efficient order process. You will be responsible for managing orders from start to finish, including follow-up and invoicing, while contributing to strong financial control and high levels of customer satisfaction.
About the role
As a Support Services Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Handling and coordinating customer orders throughout the entire process
Monitoring deliveries, costs, and invoicing to ensure accuracy
Supporting financial oversight of service assignments and product/spare part deliveries
Ensuring compliance with contracts, internal processes, and documentation standards
Communicating regularly with customers and internal stakeholders
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in administrative roles, preferably within order management
Has a basic understanding of financial and business processes
Is structured, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in English, and Swedish
